Princess Birthday Craft

My Little Miss attended a Princess birthday party on the weekend and I just had to snap a few pictures of the craft activity. Adding a craft activity to a party is perfect for a group of 7-8 year old girls. They love it!

In this case they started with tiara shaped card with the elastic already attached at one side. They each decorated with stick-on foam letters and shapes. When they were done, it was easy to tie the other end of the elastic around each head and they wore them for the rest of the party.

Some of these were still in progress when I snapped them but rest assured they were beautiful!

Have you included craft in a kids birthday party? What things have you done? Inspire us!!

  1. What gorgeous photos Tonya. I recently had a craft table for my daughter’s 7th birthday party. I printed out some paper dolls and had a bowl full of fabric scraps for them to cut up and glue on to dress their dolls. I think it’s a brilliant idea to entertain the gals at a party!

    • Oh that’s another great idea! You could change the dolls according to the theme too – brides for a wedding party, barbies for a Barbies party, disco girls for a dance party, and so on.
