We put up our Christmas decorations last weekend, including this hanging near our front door. I made it a few years back – one of my first projects in quilting!
I remember being pretty pleased that I’d done so well with the triangles and the points. But now I look at the binding and realise that I could do much better now!
I must have used 4 separate strips of binding instead of a continuous strip so each of the corners has a join. I suppose when you teach yourself from magazines and books, you pick things up as you go along.
