This is still the most beautiful and time-consuming stitching I’ve ever done. It took years! We were married in 1996, but I didn’t finish it until 2003. By then Baby #1 was on the way and I recognized that I may not have the time again to give to such a detailed project. Apart from the cross stitch, there are also beads and other embroidery stitches. I found the original design picture here if you’re interested. Mine had our name instead of the alphabet in the middle section.
