I’m LOVING these as I stitch them! The pattern came from Four Wise Monkeys. (Look for the button on the right hand side to go to the free pattern) I photocopied it a couple of times to get some bigger ones so in the end I’ll have a set of 5 little dolls. I’ll back them and stuff them like the Kokeshi dolls I made (see them HERE and HERE). I started out thinking I’d do them all red, but then decided to go with a rainbow – well, part of a rainbow: orange, red, purple, blue and green. Watch for the finished product soon – I hope!

They will look great in rainbow colours. I have a weakness for Matryoska dolls.
Oh! Your work is lovely. I look forward to seeing what you do with them.
