It’s Book Week next week at Little Miss’ school. That’s a week when they encourage the kids to read by talking about books and having a parade where the kids dress up as a book character.
Last year we got away with Cinderella using the lovely costume she already had in the dress up box.
But this year she wants Harriet the Hamster Fairy.
And she wants me to make a hamster too!
So here’s my start:

I've never heard of Harriet the hamster fairy – sounds fun though! I used to love dressing up for book week when I was at school. I look forward to seeing the finished costume..
