A few years ago I stitched Christmas ornaments for all of our family. Each one is different and includes their name although I edited the name out of the photo.
This year I’ll create a new one for my new niece and next year for a new sister-in-law. They are part of our family tradition now.
I’ll show you a couple more tomorrow.

My mom made us ornaments for years. I've started doing the same for my kids each year. I finished my first one of the season the other day . . . one more to go. 🙂
I would love to make cross stitch ornaments for my family and friends this year and have found lots of patterns but can’t seem to find anything to put them in when finished, Where did you get this holder and does it have a back?

Hi Tammy,
I just did a bit of a search and I think they are Anchor Flexi Hoops.They have a rubber edge that comes off to put the fabric in. They don’t have a back but I glued felt over the back once I had finished stitching. They have a bunch of different sizes – mine are about 3″ across.
