Little Miss got two great fashion design toys for Christmas. I love to encourage creativity in my kids so when she wanted me to take some pictures of her creations, I was happy to help out. A crafty kids toy deserves a crafty blog post, after all!
The toy is called Harumika. It includes a dress makers dummy and a variety of fabric, ribbons and stickers. The doll has a special slot in the back to attach the fabrics. It’s very clever!
Of course, we raided my stash and my scrap basket and added some more fabrics and ribbons. Grandma donated some scraps of trims and ribbons as well.
After a little searching I found a similar toy on Amazon. Click on the picture to check it out.
I’ll share her other fashion toy another day so stay tuned.

I gave my daughters that dressform toy for Christmas. They use it in the sewing room of their doll house. It’s perfect!

My daughter asked me last Christmas this Harumika toy and when she showed me the advertisement I realized that this is a great toy. It enhance my daughter’s skills in designing and her imagination in creating things.
