This week was the last week of school for my kids so we created some teacher gifts. I thought I’d share since they were all handmade this year. For my overseas readers, Australian schools have holidays now over Christmas and New Year, and start again at the end of January.
First up, there was an apron and pencil case for lovely lady Teacher A. The apron was created a few weeks back for his tutorial: How to Sew an Apron from a Fabric Panel.
Secondly, there was another pencil case and covered notebook for lovely lady Teacher B. Both of these pencil cases are also in my Shop.
Finally, there was a Jar of Energy for Mr Teacher C. This jar included some coffee bags and lots of chocolate. I forgot to snap a picture before we wrapped it up, but you can see where I got the idea from and printed the free label over at The Gunny Sack.
What did your kids give to their teachers this year?

So great to see someone else making teacher appreciation gifts! I’ve made or bought a variety of handmade gifts for my children’s teachers in the past, including cupcake stands, personalised rubber stamps and edible ornaments/decorations. 🙂
