UPDATE: Craftsy is now known as Bluprint and they have recently announced that they will be shutting down their website in the coming months. I have included links to them in many of my posts over the years so it will take me some time to update them with alternatives. As a general alternative, I would suggest looking at CreativeBug and Skillshare for crafty classes.
I know I have mentioned my love of Craftsy before. I’m currently working on the Craftsy free Block of the Month and loving the video teaching there. I’ve also signed up for last year’s free BOM and a couple of other classes. I just wish I had more time to focus on them!
Craftsy is always releasing tempting new classes too. These are some of the newer ones that caught my eye as I browsed.
My knitting is terrible but I live in hope of learning properly one day so this Knit Lab class looks interesting.
I have to admit it was the picture of this class that caught my eye before the name of the class. I just love the look of these spool blocks! (Remember I made a spool block earlier in the year?) When I read the details though it is a piecing class using pre cut fabric so it is right down my alley.
The idea of quilting “dot to dot” intrigues me. I’m very tempted to buy this class just to find out what it is all about!
With my new overlocker all decked out, I’m ready to try my hand at more clothes so garment basics sounds like the class I need to do very soon.
