More updates…

by Tonya Grant |Filed Under: Blogging Get a Weekly Update of all Articles

If you have checked out my blog on the last couple of days, you might have seen more changes and additions. Apart from the new header and extra column and colour scheme, I have been learning to do even more bloggy things!

Grab button:

I have learnt how to make a grab button that you can put on your blog to say I mentioned you here. Can you see it over there in my sidebar? Below it is the code you’ll need to put it into your sidebar.

Seamingly:
I discovered a site specially to showcase sewing and fabric blogs over at Seamingly.com so you’ll find a button to take you there too. See the pretty red one on the left?

Bloglines:

I haven’t used Bloglines before but I was curious so I signed up (free, of course) and I’m testing what its like to read blogs over there. Another button for you click on the left, if you want to see what it’s like. (Or maybe you already use it – do you like it?)

BlogFrog:

I also signed up (free, again) over at BlogFrog. It’s keeping me intrigued today just looking around. You can sign up yourself and your blog, then people can “follow” you, like they can follow your blog. But the extra stuff includes communities and forums. I’m finding it interesting so come on over and check it out. Again there’s a button to click in my sidebar.
