Mug bag

mug bag sewing

I created this cute little bag yesterday afternoon. Later this week we are making these at the craft group I go to, so this is my practice version. I expect to sew up a lot more for others, so I figured I’d better make sure I knew what I was doing! But it was very easy. It even has little pockets inside. The flower was the scrap of leftover fabric from the bag and following the Tattered Flowers instructions I blogged about on Friday. I think I’ll have to make one for Little Miss today…

now tell me why it is called a Mug Bag, what is it's dimension etc, and what do you expect to use it for? It's a very cute design btw.

I really, but really, really!!! like the mug bag design 🙂 Are you going to do a tutorial for it in the future? Would love to learn how to make this rather clever design 🙂
