We read the children’s version of a classic Christmas story last night in our Advent books series. Dickens’ A Christmas Carol is a little bit spooky for kids, but we made sure we emphasised the happy ending and the lesson Scrooge learnt from the ghosts. The illustrations in this version are beautiful.
