Daddy Crafts… Box car

by Tonya Grant |Filed Under: Crafts, Kids Tagged With: Kids Get a Weekly Update of all Articles

While I helped out with the holiday program at my church,
my kids stayed home with Daddy.
(They were too sick to go unfortunately.)
But they got to do DADDY CRAFT!
Mr Happy’s craft involved a car – of course!
Look at the details!
paper plate for a steering wheel…
paper wheels…
bright yellow headlights…
CD reflectors on the back…
a tape roll for an exhaust pipe…
and a special piece of cardboard to attach the trailer.
I’m told Mr Happy sat in his car for quite some time.
Well done, Daddy!

Too cute! My hubby is all about using boxes to make forts for the little ones. 🙂 Stumbled on you from Liz's BlogFrog!

Boys and boxes. The perfect combination. Pretty clever too with all of the added embellishments.

I'm always amazed at how much fun children have with simple things. I'm sure your kids had a blast with daddy.

I recently made something similar with my kids and we painted black and yellow. Called it the Bee Helicopter 😉
