A couple of friends have been saying this week that they have been having trouble writing comments on blogs when they are signed in with their Blogger/Google accounts. Apparently there is a cookie problem out there – and not the yummy choc chip kind of cookie! So if you’ve been having trouble, pop over to Living in France and try her fix. I can’t vouch for it myself but others are saying it works so it is worth a try.
Jill over at Creating my Way to Success is doing a whole month of posts about growing her blog. She has talked about forums, adding social sharing buttons and google page rank, among other things so if you’re looking for some ideas, pop over and have a read.
I recently added Wisestamp to my email and I have to say I’m loving it. Now my email automatically adds this to the bottom of each message:
Its easy to customize which buttons appear and it links to my RSS feed to show my latest post too.
Over in my sidebar you will find the new Google +1 button. Google has just released this button as a way that you can vote for sites and content you like on the web. As a blogger it provides another way that readers might find my blog in the search engines. So I’d love it if you’d click and vote for The Crafty Mummy.
Want to install your own button?
In WordPress, click on the link to Google +1 and choose the button you want. Copy the code in the box. Add a text widget and paste the code in the box. I used the “WordPress Plugin – Google +1 Button” by Appointy.com to add the button to my posts.
In Blogger, if you have the Blogger sharing buttons turned on, then the button will already be there on all of your posts. This tutorial will show you how to turn that on.
Have you added the button already? Would you like me to pop over and click it? Let me know in the comments and I’ll see what I can do.

Thanks, “Living in France” and “Creating my Way to Success” were both interesting links.

Tonya, I can’t seem to find which post that Living In France told about clearing the browser and cookies. I need to know how to do it cos I’m having commenting issues on some blogs.

Try this post, Ky: http://4livinginfrance.blogspot.com/2011/06/eight-is-great.html – at the end of it she has a little note about it.
