Every now and then I come across a craft that is perfect for my kids. On Sunday I found them one each.
Mr Happy spent some time cutting out roads and cars to make a play set, thanks to Made by Joel. I enoucraged him to colour it all in as well, but no, just cutting and sticky tape for him.
Then Little Miss wanted to learn to hand sew. A strip of fabric became a flower after some concentration and lots of needle re-threading. You might remember me finding this tutorial last year. I don’t think I ever posted pictures of the ones I made but they are simple and it was a great start for a beginner.
What kinds of crafts do you do with your kids? Are there things that you would suggest as good beginner activities?

My DD is twenty five so we play adult games like quilting and knitting and dyeing! LOL
