Little Miss has a school project to build a diorama about a person in their community. She has chosen a hairdresser, so she is making a hair salon. She wanted to make people so we picked up some wooden pegs. But will she let me take pictures of these fabulous creatures? No. They are still at school. So here’s the peg doll Mr Happy made recently from the Rainy Day Box.
It got me thinking about peg dolls so I spent some time collecting some ideas. Here are some of those I found.Click on each picture to see the fabulous blogs that they came from. Some even have tutorials to make them.
{this one is for sale on Etsy – you should see the rest of the store}
In the process of finding all these fabulous ideas, I created a Pinterest board where you can find even more ideas and examples.
Did you make peg dolls as a child? Have you made peg dolls recently?

I really want to make some of these! Any suggestions on where to get the blank peg dolls? I want to make some superheroes for my littlies!

Sounds fun, Cathy! I have seen them at Spotlight, or maybe try Riot Arts & Crafts?
