Needle Book

by Tonya Grant |Filed Under: Sewing Get a Weekly Update of all Articles

For years now I have kept my needles in a little needle book made for me by my youngest brother when we were both still at school. It makes me smile to think he gave me that gift I had probably only stitched a few cross stitches, and certainly had not done the kind of sewing I do these days. But unfortunately my collection of needles has only grown and it was time for a larger book to keep them in. So with still more jelly roll strips left after all these projects – sewing machine cover, sewing machine mat, mouse mat, laptop slipcase, and zippered bag – I used some scraps to make this little book. The inner pages are felt cut with pinking shears. Best of all, it fits neatly into the middle pocket of my new sewing machine mat.
