hexagon stitchery winter snowman

Isn’t this snowman the cutest little guy you’ve ever seen? He is another of the Winter Stitching Club stitcheries from Wild Olive. (I wrote about them previously: Snowflake and Sweater. You can also see one in this post about transferring patterns for stitching.)

As you can see I’ve been adding the coloured borders on my hexagons. It really does give them a lovely finish.

The plan for the Winter Stitching Club is to join the finished hexagons into a mat, but I have another plan for mine so stay tuned. I have three more waiting for their borders and another couple to stitch after that.

I shared a picture of all of my hexagons so far over on Instagram and my Facebook page the other day if you’d like to see them. Don’t forget to follow while you’re over there!
