New phone, new case

I’ve been waiting to get a new phone. Mine had been dropped a couple of times and wasn’t quite working properly but I knew there would be a new iPhone soon. The difference between my old iPhone 3 and my new 4S is dramatic!

But of course now I need to protect it from more “dropping damage”.

So I whipped up a new crochet case in pretty pale pink to go with my new white phone. I had one for my previous phone made using this tutorial. Quick, easy and very cute! My phone fits very snuggly so I can still slip it in my pocket for the school run.

Perhaps I should make a couple more for my Madeit store… what colour do you think?

Edit: I have made a couple more for the store.

    Wow, it’s definitely a big jump from iPhone 3G into iPhone 4S! I’m sure you’ll love twiddling and playing around with the phone every single day 🙂

    I don’t really like a case where you need to take your iPhone out when you want to use/or when someone calls. It’s prone to more accident (such as dropping the phone which happened once to me). Besides, you need 2 hands to take the phone out 😀

      It is very cool, Michael. I used to have a case that flipped open, but the plastic was super brittle and kept breaking. Besides the crochet phone cozy kind matches my “crafty” side.

        Haha yeah 🙂 As long as we are happy with what we use, it’s all that matters!

    Ahhh… That’s a great idea! I can’t crochet to save my life so if you do make some I would love a red or even a greyish blue, if that’s not asking to much ;-)). I will stalk your store. My poor old phone has been hammered by the kids. I still have a while to go on my contract but I will be putting my hand up for the new 4s iphone the day it expires :-)). Tan xx

      Hmmm… red and blue coming up!

      I’m a mean mummy: I don’t let my kids play with my phone. Poor little dears are so deprived {wink}
