Crafts for Movember

by Tonya Grant |Filed Under: Crafts Get a Weekly Update of all Articles

This November is again “Movember”. According to the website, “the aim… is to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and depression in men”. There have been lots of Mo crafts around the blogosphere so I’ve collected a few for you.

Keep Calm and Grow a Mo'

I discovered that a number of my friends have partners or family members growing Mo’s this month. You can support Movember and raise funds for programs by clicking on any of these names. Each will take you to their online “Mo Space” where, in some cases, you can check out their growing facial hair and donate online to the cause. Jason has some impressive pics on Facebook so hopefully he’ll add some to his MoSpace soon. Peter has a very cute donation message from his son, and Zafar is involved after seeing too many cancer patients come into the ICU where he works. Jason is one of the Men of J Block – great name, boys! – and Brendan is soldiering on even though it seems his lovely wife can’t wait for December ;o)

If you have a partner growing a Mo this month for Movember, feel free to add the link to their Mo Space in the comments. Every little bit helps.
