Time for another update on the 365 Things I Know project, an Instagram project to post a photo a day for 2017.
Day 21
I love the feeling of finishing a project – even a small one.
Read about the finished Pastel Rainbow Blocks here.
Day 22
I love that Instagram gives me the chance to connect with other people who love doing things I do. Today is #SnailDay with Pen and Paper Patterns & GnomeAngel so I can share this cutie made with Wander by Joel Dewberry Fabric for Freespirit Fabric via Quiltybox
Read all about Snail Day here.
Day 23
It can be really hard to judge how many stitches a scrap of yarn will create. This is the challenge of these granny squares. #stkildamums
Find out about St Kilda Mums here.
Day 24
I’m a little scared of making amigurumi – those little crocheted creatures. So I promised to try this cute pattern from @arabesquescissors but I’ve been procrastinating for a couple of days. I promise to start tonight after work. Tonight. #goalset

Day 25
I must use my overlocker more. It makes my sewing projects so much quicker! Last night I whipped up this chair bag for my boy. In his favourite colour of course.
Day 26
This stack of fabric will be a quilt top by tonight. Sewing day starts now.
Day 27
We are all creative. But creative means different things to different people. Which is a good thing because it leads to so much more creativity as we bounce ideas off others
Day 28
All my best ideas simmer in the back of my brain for a little while. Here’s a sneak peek at the current project seeds.
Find this cute Love fabric here.
Day 29
Even after 20 years of marriage, I still find myself waiting for the chance to tell him about the day. Feeling blessed to have such a solid relationship.
Read my 4 tips for a strong marriage here.
Day 30
Sometimes a simple tool can make a huge difference. I recently set up the cute aqua Ruler Pal that came in a SewSampler box at the back of my cutting/sewing table. Who knew it would make such a difference to have a spot to rest my ruler as I was cutting fabric!?
Find Ruler Pals here at the Fat Quarter Shop.
